After your flight, you have arrived in Istanbul. Cool! When you get off your plane, our driver will greet you and bring you to the hospital in our VIP transfer vehicle.

Then arriving at our hospital, which is approximately thirty (30) minutes away from the airport, we will perform various procedures related to your hospitalization and surgery together. Procuring and signing the necessary documents related to your operation will be one of the first things we will do when you arrive at the hospital.

Once your hospitalization procedures are completed, we will complete your various examinations related to the Sleeve Gastrectomy in this step.

During this process, where you are preparing for a step-by-step operation, we will conduct the following tests to review your compliance:

After these examinations, you will have a meeting with a Cardiology, Internal Medicine Staff and Anesthesiologists. Thus, we will have the opportunity to review your physical and mental condition in the process leading up to the operation. Subsequent to all these procedures, you will meet with Dr Mahmut Dogan, who will perform your surgery.

Dr Mahmut Dogan will give you various information about your operation while examining the results. In this way, all the questions will be answered and you will meet your doctor.

The big moment has come! After your check-ups are completed and you have met with your Dr Mahmut Dogan, you are now ready for a Laparoscopic Sleeve Gastrectomy.

In this step, which will be the turning point of your life, you will have an operation that suits you. During the operation, general anaesthesia will be applied and you will not feel anything.

Approximately;

Sleeve Gastrectomy takes one and half (1,5) hour,

Diabetes Surgery takes two (2) hours,

Gastric balloon and Gastric Botox procedures take ten (10) minutes.

In order to measure your body's response to the operation after the sleeve gastrectomy, and to monitor your health closely, you will need to stay under observation in the hospital for a certain period of time during this process. It is sufficient to stay in the hospital for two or three (2-3) days in sleeve gastrectomy and diabetes surgeries, and two or three (2-3) hours in the gastric balloon and gastric botox operations.

Your surgery was successful and you were under observation in the hospital for a certain period of time depending on your surgery. Excellent!

Now, you are ready to be discharged from the hospital and stay in our contracted hotel. However, before you leave, your doctor, Mahmut Dogan, and your dietitian will perform your checks and share with you various information about your new post-operative period.

In this step;

Your liquid nutrition process will be explained to you by your bariatric dietitian. You will be given the medications you need to use after surgery and how to use these medications will be explained by your bariatric dietitian. Dr Mahmut Dogan will do your final controls before you are discharged from the hospital. After your doctor and dietitian have completed the procedures, if there are no problems with your health, you will leave with our VIP transfer vehicle to stay at our contracted hotel.

After your controls at the hospital, you were discharged and came to our contracted hotel with our VIP car.

In addition, due to the fact that the hotel is only a few minutes away from the hospital, we will also be able to remotely control our patients and quickly contact you in case of an emergency. Depending on your operation, you will have the opportunity to stay in our contracted hotel for two (2) days after Laparoscopic Sleeve Gastrectomy and Diabetes Surgery, and one (1) day after Gastric Balloon and Gastric Botox Operations.
